Lose Weight By Losing Your Negative Thinking

lose negative thinkingMost people think thousands of thoughts every single day. In fact, you probably talk to yourself more than you talk to anyone else. You are your own advisor, narrator, critic, and companion.

Many of the conversations you have with yourself are conversations you would never share with anyone else because they seem to expose the “real” you. The version filled with self-doubt, worry, guilt, disappointment, sadness, insecurity, and old emotional wounds.

But that is not the real you at all.

That version of you is largely a construction built from years of conditioning, painful experiences, criticism, fear, and limiting beliefs that have been repeated so often they began to feel true.

Most of those beliefs did not even originate with you.

Some came from parents, teachers, classmates, co-workers, former partners, or casual remarks made years ago by people who may never have realized how deeply their words would affect you. A single comment like, “She’s overweight,” or “He’ll never succeed,” can become a seed that quietly grows into an internal belief system.

Over time, many people begin treating those old opinions as absolute truth.

But they are not truth.

They are inherited perceptions, emotional scars, and outdated stories that were accepted without question.

You should never allow your entire identity to be defined by a few careless comments, difficult experiences, or painful moments from the past. No one else has the authority to decide your worth, your beauty, your potential, or your future.

Only you truly know what lives in your heart.

When you entered this world, you arrived without shame, insecurity, or self-hatred. You came into life with curiosity, energy, playfulness, and limitless potential.

And despite everything you have experienced since then, that core part of you still exists.

It has never disappeared.

It may simply be buried beneath years of negative self-talk and emotional conditioning.

Think about how often people silently repeat things to themselves such as:

  • I’m not attractive enough
  • Nobody could really love me
  • I always fail
  • I’ll never change
  • I’m too old
  • I’m too damaged
  • I’ll never be confident

Now imagine what would happen if that inner dialogue stopped.

How would you feel emotionally if the constant criticism finally became quiet?

Would you feel lighter?

Calmer?

More hopeful?

More confident?

Now take it one step further.

What if you intentionally began speaking to yourself with kindness, patience, encouragement, and respect?

What if instead of constantly focusing on your flaws, you began focusing on your strengths, your growth, your resilience, your compassion, your humor, your intelligence, your courage, or your ability to keep going despite everything life has thrown at you?

Your emotional state would begin to shift.

And when your emotional state changes, your behavior changes. Your choices change. Your energy changes. Your confidence changes.

Many people spend years searching outside themselves for happiness while overlooking the possibility that the relationship they most need to heal is the relationship they have with themselves.

Once you begin genuinely looking for the good within yourself, you may be surprised to discover that your value, beauty, and strength were there all along, quietly waiting beneath the surface.

You have never been broken.

You have simply spent too much time believing thoughts that were never worthy of you.

One of the easiest ways to reconnect with your own value is by asking yourself better questions:

  • What qualities do I genuinely like about myself?
  • What challenges have I survived?
  • Who has benefited from my presence in their life?
  • What strengths do I possess that others may overlook?
  • What makes me unique?
  • What parts of myself deserve more appreciation instead of criticism?

Your goal is not perfection.

Your goal is peace.

Your goal is to feel emotionally healthier, stronger, lighter, and more aligned with the person you truly are.

Pay attention to how you feel when you focus on what is good within you. The more consistently you focus your attention on gratitude, growth, self-respect, and possibility, the more those emotional states begin shaping your life.

So what does all of this have to do with weight loss or physical health?

Everything.

Your emotional state influences your habits, behaviors, motivation, stress levels, confidence, and the decisions you make every day. The way you speak to yourself programs your subconscious mind and shapes what you believe is possible.

If your mind is constantly filled with shame and defeat, lasting change becomes far more difficult.

But when your actions begin coming from self-respect rather than self-hatred, transformation becomes sustainable.

Real change does not begin with punishment.

It begins with compassion.

Begin today by treating yourself with more kindness. Celebrate progress, even when it seems small. Allow yourself to rediscover the joy, enthusiasm, curiosity, and playfulness you naturally possessed as a child.

Speak to yourself like someone worthy of encouragement instead of condemnation.

Appreciate yourself whenever you can.

And little by little, as your old beliefs begin to dissolve, you may discover that the life you wanted was never as far away as you once believed.

10 Effective Weight Loss Tips

Are you tired of diet tips handed out by someone with apparently unlimited income and time?

For some of us, it may just not be practical to spend half of our Sunday preparing carefully portioned meals for the rest of the week, or financially feasible to buy all our meals prepackaged in just the right portions.

quick weight lossAnd there are those of us who cringe at the thought of weighing food to achieve ‘optimal portion sizes’. Here are ten real life diet tips for the rest of us.

1. Eating out? Restaurant portions tend to be enormous, and if it’s on the plate, we tend to eat it. If it’s possible, order from the kid’s menu, where portions are more reasonably sized.

2. Keep healthy snacks around and easily accessible. A bowl of fruit on the kitchen table, a container of celery or carrot sticks in the refrigerator, or a couple of pop-open cans of fruit salad in your desk at work will help you grab for something healthy when those first hunger pains begin. In other words, you’ll be more likely to grab something low-calorie and good for you if it’s easy to eat.

3. Substitute frozen vegetables for canned. Canned veggies tend to be high in sodium, which you don’t need, and low in real nutrition, which you do. Buy economy size bags with zip closures to make it easy to pour out a single serving for a meal.

4. Buy a vegetable steamer. Steaming is one of the healthiest ways to cook vegetables. The food retains nearly all of its natural nutrients instead of leaching it out into the cooking water. Even better, it makes your veggies taste great – which means you’ll be more likely to eat them instead of filling up on fatty foods that pack on weight.

5. Never eat standing up. One of the easiest ways to sabotage your diet is to ‘eat without thinking’. Treat eating with the respect that it deserves. Fix yourself a plate. Sit down and eat properly. You’ll be less likely to just pop food into your mouth without paying attention.

6. Spread your meals out. When you eat three meals a day, your body tends to store whatever it doesn’t need right that moment. By adopting a ‘grazing’ habit, you’ll keep your metabolism working throughout the day. Have a small breakfast, a piece of fruit with crackers or toast at mid-morning, a light lunch and an ‘after school snack’ mid-afternoon. Just remember that you’re breaking up the same amount of food into smaller meals, not ADDING more food into your daily diet.

7. Grab a fruit juice or flavored water instead of soda. Soda is nothing but empty calories. No nutrients, lots of sugar. Instead, grab a bottle of 100% fruit juice, or water flavored with a spritz of fruit.

8. Drink water. Even the FDA recommends at least 8 full 8 ounce glasses of water a day to keep your body working right. When you’re dieting, you should drink even more. It’s not just that full feeling – water helps your body digest foods properly and cleans out your system.

9. Can’t afford a gym membership? Make a pact with friends to exercise together. Make a date at least three times a week to play volleyball, take a walk or spend half an hour doing something active.

10. Skip the potato chips. Fatty snacks fried in hydrogenated oil like potato chips contribute fat and calories and not much else. Instead, grab a handful of dried fruit or a cup of yogurt for the same amount of calories and a lot more nutritional benefit.

10 Best Tips for Quick Fat Loss #getfit

In order to make the most of your weight loss program, finding the most effective ways to burn fat will maximize your results and minimize your waistline! Follow these 10 tips for fat burning if you want to lose weight and lead a healthier way of life.

1.) Drink More Water

naturally thinOne of the best weight loss secrets is to ditch the sodas and stick to water! Experts say you should drink approximately eight glasses of water a day to stay hydrated and healthy. Instead of turning to calorie-laden or sugar-rich drinks, grab a refreshing glass of water. In addition to flushing toxins out of your system, drinking water encourages you to build muscle.

2.) Eat More Meals

A traditional three-meals-a-day plan just will not cut it if you are in the market to burn fat. Your body is not able to metabolize large meals and will quickly turn any excess into fat. Many experts believe you should eat six small meals a day. Be sure you cut back on your food consumption at each meal, or else you will be doubling your intake—and doubling your fat storage!

3.) Work Out with Weights

One great way to maximize the amount of fat you are burning is to add a weight program to your work out routine. Weight training will not only tone your physique, but will strengthen your body and improve your general health. Lifting weights will also burn calories and fat more quickly than traditional exercising, and it will also boost your metabolism.

4.) Choose Protein

Choose protein-laden foods for boosting your metabolism and enabling your body to burn fat rapidly. In addition to burning fat, consuming a protein-enriched diet will help you rebuild muscle after work outs and maintain leanness of that muscle. Wisely choose proteins for your diet. Take great care to pick proteins low in fat so you do not consume extra calories.

5.) Cut Calories Wisely

It may be tempting to drastically cut your calorie intake when starting a healthy lifestyle. Instead, use a step method when cutting your calorie intake to minimize risk. Reducing calories too quickly results in your body rapidly burning all available calories, which will lower your metabolism. Furthermore, you are more likely to maintain your healthy lifestyle through this step method.

6.) Reward Yourself

When it comes to successfully dieting to burn the most fat, be sure to reward yourself. Everyone has temptations and favorite treats—so allow indulgence. You will be less likely to cheat on your new diet if you grant yourself small rewards. If you are a chocolate lover, treat yourself to a small square of chocolate or single chocolate kiss each evening.

7.) Avoid Marathon Work Outs

The biggest mistake people make when looking to burn fat and lose weight is to have one long, extensive work out session. Instead, break up your work out plan into small chunks throughout the day. Take a brisk walk in the morning, enjoy a work out at lunch, and then exercise more in the evening. In addition to staying active all day long, breaking up your work out will better maintain your metabolism.

8.) Mix It Up

Choosing to engage in a variety of quality exercises will keep your interest and best allow you to maintain your goal of burning fat. Instead of doing the same exercises each day—mix it up! Opt to swim laps one day, jog another, and bike the next. Rotating your activities will not only allow you to experience a variety of athletics, it will also allow you to better tone your body.

9.) Skip Happy Hour

For those individuals who want to burn fat quickly, avoid alcohol. Rich in sugars and carbohydrates, alcohol is a calorie-rich substance. These empty calories can add up quickly and take away from necessary nutrients that should be included in your daily diet. Furthermore, alcohol acts as an inhibitor for burning fat, allowing your body to store it more quickly.

10.) Try a Low GI Diet

A low GI diet is an excellent method of burning fat quickly. This diet encourages individuals to consume high amounts of foods with low rankings on the Glycemic Index. These foods are nutritious and will aid your body in burning fats and calories at a quicker pace. This diet includes many of your favorite fruits, vegetable, meats, dairy, and grain products.

10 Ingredients in Weight Loss Supplements #getfit #f4f

Looking for help with losing weight? Help that goes beyond the usual lifestyle changes, portion control advice and exercise routines?

slim downWeight-loss supplements touting names like “fat burner” and “thermo max” can be enticing. But do they work? And even more important, in the wake of the Food and Drug Administration’s recent ban on ephedra, are they safe?

In this article, Environmental Nutrition provides a snapshot of 10 of the most popular ingredients currently in supplements for weight loss.

Chitosan
Made from the shells of lobsters, shrimp and other shellfish, chitosan is an indigestible fiber. It is supposed to help weight loss by binding with the fat you eat, blocking its absorption. However, studies do not support this claim. Side effects include constipation and gas. People with shellfish allergies should beware.

Chromium
Most often present as chromium picolinate, it has been promoted to boost lean mass and decrease body fat. Though study findings have been inconclusive, an analysis of several studies recently concluded that supplementing with 200 to 400 micrograms of chromium picolinate could result in about a 2.5-pound weight loss per week in some people. Other studies have found a loss of body fat and an increase in muscle tissue, with no change in weight. Still others have found no effect at all. Though some laboratory studies have raised safety issues, a large number of human studies suggest it is safe.

Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange)
This herbal extract is a natural source of synephrine (a compound similar to ephedrine) and the supplement industry’s current answer to the ephedra ban. But there are no published studies to show it is an effective supplement for weight loss. And like ephedra, its side effects include an increase in blood pressure; Environmental Nutrition recommends avoiding it.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA)
Both animal and human research hints at a possible role for CLA in reducing body fat and increasing lean body mass, but it’s not quite ready for prime time. None of the human studies have been long-term. CLA is currently being studied in combination with chromium picolinate. CLA is found naturally in dairy foods and beef and is generally considered safe.

Garcinia Cambogia
The extract from Garcinia cambogia fruit rind contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which supposedly curbs food intake, weight gain and storage of excess calories as fat. However, studies have failed to prove G. cambogia is an effective weight-loss aid. The most common side effects are upper respiratory and gastrointestinal symptoms.

Guarana
Caffeine is the effective ingredient in guarana plant seeds. Guarana may have a mild appetite suppressant effect over the short term. It was often used in combination with ephedra until ephedra was banned. The potential side effects are those of caffeine overdose—insomnia, restlessness, anxiety or panic.

Hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB)
HMB is a natural byproduct of the breakdown of the amino acid leucine. HMB supplements are used by body builders in hopes of increasing muscle mass. A few small studies have suggested that HMB increases lean mass and decreases body fat when combined with weight training. However, studies with overweight and obese people are needed.

Plantago Psyllium
Psyllium is a water-soluble fiber from Plantago ovato seeds. Taken before a meal, it may make you feel full, causing you to eat less. While it is proved to aid constipation (that’s how Metamucil works), it has not been proved as an effective weight-loss aid.

Pyruvate
Pyruvate formulas boast that they stimulate metabolism and reduce body fat. Pyruvate is found naturally in food and in the body as a result of the breakdown of carbohydrates and protein. Some studies have shown a weight-loss benefit with pyruvate supplements. But the people in the studies also exercised and cut back on calories. Moreover, the dosage used in the studies was high, requiring a handful of tablets each day. Experts say the case for pyruvate to aid weight loss is weak.

Yerba mate
Brewed into a tea, bitter Yerba mate is high in caffeine. Used in combination with other caffeine-containing herbs, like guarana and damiana, it was found in one study to delay stomach emptying time and aid weight loss. The study was short (45 days), so conclusions on keeping the weight off cannot be made.

The Bottom Line

Though all are relatively expensive and none are proved, of these top popular weight-loss contenders, chromium picolinate and CLA are probably the most studied. If you’ve already made up your mind to go the supplement route, you might want to give them a try. Just don’t expect miracles and check with your doctor first.

Overweight But Healthy ?

healthy but overweightIt’s possible to be overweight and still be relatively fit. However, it largely depends if the extra weight you carry is muscle or fat. If the extra pounds are muscle, your risk of disease is lower than if this weight was fat. If your extra weight is fat, you are at increased risk of diabetes, cancer and stroke — even if you exercise.

In any case, this doesn’t mean you’re not benefiting from exercise if you’re overweight or obese. You are. Regular exercise can help reduce the risk of certain diseases. However, your weight is also important to your health. For example, if you’re overweight or obese, you can reduce your risk of heart disease if you exercise — but you’re still at increased risk of diabetes if you don’t lose weight. Also, carrying extra pounds into your 40s and 50s may put you at increased risk of developing diabetes and heart disease later in life — even if you have no other risk factors for these diseases.

Keep in mind, it’s important to remember that the number on the scale isn’t the whole key to your fitness. Even thin people are at increased risk of heart disease if they’re not active. The exercise you’re doing helps improve your overall health. So keep it up.

Regular physical activity is an essential component to maintaining muscle and a healthy weight. Health experts recommend at least 30 to 60 minutes of moderate-intensity activity five or more days a week. To lose weight, increase the duration and intensity of your exercise, eat a healthy diet and cut back on your portions.

#diet #weightloss How To Avoid Holiday Weight Gain

avoid holiday weight gainHoliday season is just round the corner. There will be parties, celebrations, food and champagne. Ahhhh….that irresistible succulent Christmas turkey and sumptious pudding. That mouth watering New Year’s buffet table and the countdown champagne are so tempting. Your spirit is willing but your flesh is weak. You binge.

So what is price you pay for your hoilday binge ? Well, you stepped onto the bathroom scale on January 2nd and horror of horrors, you have gained 10 pounds !! Aaaaaaaaarrrrgghhh!! You pulled your hair and gnash your teeth wondering how you can lose the holiday weight you have gained. You even contemplate hiring a personal trainer to put you on a weight loss program. But wait. With a little thought and planning, you can avoid holiday weight gain in the first place.

Here are some tips on how to avoid holiday weight gain so that you don’t have to lose weight post holiday season.

1) Just remember that the holiday season is only temporary and will soon pass.

So that the days you squeal , “I will gain weight around the holidays,” or “I know I will gain 5 pounds during holiday season” or “I’ll start a weight loss program after holiday season is over.” are over. Why ? Well, since you know that there are only a few days that you will eat more than usual, then you just eat more on those days and no more. Don’t let the binge continue for a week or more by taking home all the leftovers or storing more sweets and pastries than you need for that particular holiday. It is usually what people find in the fridge and on the kitchen shelf after the holiday that they continue to binge. Empty the fridge and the shelves. This will help you not to put on too much weight so you need not lose weight post holiday season.

2) Turn Off Your TV Set

Hey! Instead of watching all those holiday special programs on your goggle box, get moving! Instead of watching a soccer game on TV, get a ball and go to the nearest park for a kick around. Instead of lying on your couch snacking to a packet of chips, go lie by the poolside, then do a few laps. Better still, get your family and friends to join you. Go for a jog instead. If it is winter where you live, be innovative, think of some indoor activities or exercises you can do.While others gain weight, you may even lose weight. Afterall its a holiday. Have fun!

3) Avoid Acohol To Avoid Weight Gain

One gram of alcohol packs a whalloping 7 calories. In contrast, carbs and protein have only 4 calories per gram. Calories from alcohol are just, well, calories with zero nutritional value. They will rapidly convert into fat fast when you do not burn them off quickly. Avoid high-calorie mixed drinks like cocktails that are full of sugar or beer which are high in carbohydrates which translate into even more calories. You will definitely need to be on a weight loss program if you indulge in too much alcohol.

4) Drink Plenty Of Water

Juices, soft drinks and coffee don’t count! Just good ole plain water. Water flushes out toxins in the body, helps the body recover from dehydration caused by alcohol consumption. You will also feel full so that you will not over eat resulting in gaining weight.

5) Skip Dessert To Lose Weight

Do you need those sweet and calorie laden thingies? If you must have them, choose those that are not that sweet or even better, just have some fibrous fruits and nuts. Do this to keep your weight in check.

If you can keep to these tips this coming holiday season, then you will not gain weight and thus may not need to lose weight post holiday nor embark on a weight loss program.

#diet #weightloss Foods To Aid Your Weight Loss Goals

naturally thinPersonally, I live to eat and I believe in having your chocolate and eat it as long as you eat all things in moderation. Secondly, I do not see the point of simply giving you a generic weight loss diet plan which maybe unsuitable for you. Rather, here are some diet tips to supplement your existing diet that you may need as you go through the day.

For breakfast, my parents swear by only having fruits or juices until noon. This habit arose from the health book Fit for Life. Its weight loss diet plan dictates that when your body is free from heavy food stuffs in the morning, it can do its job of digesting more efficiently for the rest of the day. Studies have also shown that having lots of fibre in the morning helps one to eat less for the entire day. I guess this method works for them as they still maintain enviable figures despite behind in their mid fifties.

Secondly, there is no point in watching what you eat for your weight loss diet plan when you are guzzling down calorie in your drinks! Need a coffee to jumpstart your morning. Find out how much weight you have been putting on, indulging in your habit and that is sufficient to jolt you awake. The calories in Starbucks Café Latte fattens you up with 180 calories. A serving of Coke lends you about 150 calories whilst a canned drink sets you back about 130 calories, Substitute all other kinds of drinks to water and you cut down a substantial part of your calorie intake.

What if you absolutely will die without having junk food? Allow yourself a daily but small quota of junk so that you do not go cold turkey. This allows for desserts, but it entails sticking to low fat alternatives for your main meal: a soupy dish over a deep-fried ones. It will also help to simply keep temptations away! Who can resist a bag of cookies or a tub of ice cream seating in your freezer screaming ‘ Eat me!’ Thus go through the food in your house and thrash the junk (hmm.. no.. give it to the neighbors as a sign of goodwill) and of course, remember not to get even more fattening treats when you go grocery shopping.

What you consume and drink outside your usual meals is extremely important in reaching your weight loss goal. Avoid processed food whenever possible. Go for unprocessed healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables that are the best in any diet.

#weightloss #diet Finding A Weight Loss Program Right For You

slim downMillions of people struggle with weight issues every year, and despite claims that a wonder diet can “work for everybody”, the fact is that each of those individuals have a medical history, a personality, or a lifestyle issue that affects whether or not that weight control technique will help them shed those pounds.

But while nothing works for everybody, there is something that will work for you…and the challenge is to find it, identify it, and stick to it.

For some people, appetite control is extremely difficult. Some weight loss programs try to tackle that problem by delving into the psychological issues behind food (these are the total lifestyle body makeovers, whose techniques include keeping a food journal and coming to terms with one’s body image). Others address the problem through metabolism, introducing or removing certain foods in one’s diet that are said to either trigger appetite. Still others, like diet pills, act as appetite suppressants. Other programs rely on nutritional substitutes, like heavy shakes that make one feel full and provide adequate vitamins and minerals, while reducing calories.

For others, it’s not appetite that’s problematic, it’s the kind of food they eat. Certain diet programs give very strict diet regimens that promote weight loss, because of the way the body digests the food. Some are short-term, meant to shed pounds over a limited period of time; others are long-term lifestyle changes. The success of these diet programs depend largely on the person’s weight loss goals and level of commitment. Needless to say, if you just want to drop a dress size for your wedding, you may not be ready to go into something long-term. But if you have health problems, and need to control cholesterol levels, then a short-term solution would not be very effective.

Other weight loss programs are closely tied with exercise routines. Of course, not all exercise regimens will appeal to an individual; some would find yoga interesting, while others would prefer something like belly dancing. The idea is that one picks what is most interesting to them—the more fun and enjoyment they derive from a routine, the more likely they will stick to it.

The mistake that many people make is that they don’t consider their own lifestyle or personality when they try a diet or exercise regimen; they go with what everyone else is doing, or jump on the weight loss bandwagon on the premise that it worked for so-and-so. While it’s okay to experiment with different regimens (wouldn’t hurt to try anything once), ultimately it is a search to find what is personally appealing.

Another secret to maintaining a diet or exercise regimen is to have very clear and realistic goals. “Be thin” is too general to be meaningful; pinpoint a number, and a date: “Lose 15 pounds by September.” And to avoid discouragement, that goal must be humanly achievable and should never compromise with one’s health. If a diet makes one dizzy, or radically affects one’s ability to be fully alert and functional, then stop immediately.

Luckily there is a wide variety of weight loss regimens. There’s bound to be one that will help one meet one’s goals and match one’s lifestyle.

#weightloss About Losing Body Fat

weight loss tipsWhy is our society so focused on losing body fat ? Have you ever thought about it ? Well let’s do that in the next couple of paragraphs.

Let’s try to break it down to reveal both the healthy and the not so healthy aspects of this fat phobic craze.

Excess body fat is viewed in our society in a negative light and for many different reasons. Excess body fat is looked down upon in the social arena as unattractive in both a sexual way and lack of athleticism. These are two of the most glorified things in our culture that is sex and sports. Case in point, you don’t find fat ladies in bikinis adorning the covers of all the big name magazines including what might be the best example the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. You don’t find fat actors though the people and events they are portraying are anything but thin and sexy. If you want to be sexy you have to experience fat loss.

Excess body fat is also viewed as unproductive in the areas of work and health which often coexist. You obviously wouldn’t find fat people in physically demanding jobs for one because if they were in those jobs they wouldn’t be fat and for the other as fat people they won’t do as well as thin and in-shape people would. You don’t see fat soldiers, fat construction workers, fat cowboys, etc. The only way you can have success in these areas is fat loss!

Fat people are also not as productive, even in jobs that aren’t as physically demanding. They are typically more unhealthy and find themselves taking more sick days. Obese people die younger of things like cancer and heart disease and diabetes and stroke. This all adds up to less years of productivity. Fat people are also less mentally and emotionally healthy which is just as important in your career (no matter what it is) as your physical health. The fact is that people would rather be bossed by, work with, buy from, and be served by people who are at least healthier appealing. This gets at both the social perception as well as the actual productivity. Fat people are on the whole less fun to be around and less productive to be around too. So fat loss is also more productive in monetary terms too.

The sad part about all of this is that often it is less the fat person’s fault than us skinny people want to think. We want to think that we are thin and healthy appearing because we work harder and are addicted to food less than the obese. What scientists are finding is that this is far from the truth. Fact is that fat loss is harder for some than for others because of genes, not work-ethic, or mental health, or any of that. So fat people are victims of discrimination based on something they can’t help much like the color of skin for instance.

Check out these popular weight loss supplements which will make fat loss easier.
